ApplyClip is designed as an offline-first Android app. We do not operate a cloud account system for storing your career profile data.

Information you enter in the app

ApplyClip lets you save career-related information such as your name, contact details, links, work experience, skills, education, reusable application answers, and custom fields. This information is stored locally on your device for your own use.

How your data is used

Your data is used to help you quickly copy, edit, organize, export, and import career information while applying to jobs. The app is intended to process this information on your device.

Data collection and sharing

ApplyClip does not sell your personal data. ApplyClip does not intentionally collect your saved profile data on our servers. ApplyClip does not use your saved profile data for advertising or third-party profiling.

Offline processing

Resume text parsing, field confirmation, profile editing, and clipboard workflows are designed to happen locally on the device. No Gemini, OpenAI, or other online AI service is required for the core offline workflow described for ApplyClip.

Export and import files

The app may allow you to export your saved data into a local backup file and import it on another device. You are responsible for storing and sharing exported files safely, because exported files may contain personal career information.

Clipboard use

When you tap copy, selected information may be placed on your device clipboard. Other apps or system services may be able to read clipboard content depending on your device and Android version. Avoid copying sensitive information unless needed.

Permissions

ApplyClip should request only permissions needed for app functionality, such as reading a file you choose to import or saving an export file you choose to create. Permission behavior can vary by Android version.

Children

ApplyClip is not directed to children under 13. The app is intended for job seekers and professionals managing application information.

Data deletion

You can delete profiles or app data from within the app where available, or remove all local app data through Android system settings by clearing storage or uninstalling the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The latest version should be made available from this page or inside the app listing.
